Episode 21
The class goes on a trip to Okinawa, which involves a lot of chanting "Okinawa!". Osaka prattles on about nothing (although that's nothing new), and Sakaki's dreams come true when she befriends a mountain cat.

Episode 22
Tomo tricks everyone into going to Chiyo-chan's beach house for summer vacation by telling them that it's a trip for studying. Much to her dismay, the girls do actually study, with the exception of Osaka, who can't stop falling asleep (and waving knives around). The ending is sure to be one of the most bizarre of the series.

Episode 23
The third athletics festival, and Osaka is excited for the bread eating race! Yukari finally learns her lesson and doesn't bet with Nyamo. Tomo and Chiyo win the disguise race, dressed as a police woman and her suspect, Osaka loses the bread eating race because she spends too much time pondering each roll, while Kaorin goes crazy for Sakaki in a gakuran.

Episode 24
The girls ponder their future careers. Sakaki and Chiyo have a showdown with Kamineko and his hoard of followers, only to be saved at the last moment by Sakaki's mountain cat from Okinawa. She names him Maya and Chiyo offers to keep him until Sakaki moves out. Meanwhile, Osaka obsesses over Chiyo's kotatsu.

Episode 25
It's time for the college entrance exams! Osaka goes to sleep under Chiyo's kotatsu and has a bizarre dream about chopsticks, the entrace exams, and meeting "Chiyo's dad". When they finally do write the entrance exams, everyone passes at least one of them, except poor Yomi.

Episode 26
Graduation Day. Sakaki makes peace with Kamineko (sort of). Chiyo wins the award for best academic record at the graduation ceremony, while Osaka sneezes because of her allergies. Both Chiyo and Yukari seem heartbroken after the ceremony, though Yukari just lost her wallet. Later on, Yomi finds out that she passed her entrance exam, and the girls take a final trip to Magical Land.
