Episode 11
Kagura has an amusing encounter with a foreigner and then challenges Sakaki to all sorts of weird competitions, including flower-naming. Meanwhile, it's measurement day at school and Kimura is skulking around. Sakaki remains obsessed with cats, even though she gets mauled by a group of them.

Episode 12
A day in the life of Chiyo-chan, including lunch on the roof, swimming class, a walk with Tadakichi-san, and a jump rope competition with Tomo. All complete by 9pm!

Episode 13
A big test is coming up in Yukari's class, so the slackers of the class (Tomo, Kagura and Osaka) are in trouble. They harrass Yomi for information, but eventually they give up and debate Bruce Lee's surname. All three bomb the test and form a group "The Blockheads", until Tomo decides to start studying again just to piss off Yomi.

Episode 14
It's that time of the year again, so the gang heads to Chiyo's summer home, but not before Osaka has some trouble with the difference between elevators and escalators. They go to the beach, smash melons, and attend a summer festival in yukata. Finally, Nyamo gets drunk and gives the girls an "adult" education.

Episode 15
Another athletics festival comes up, and Yukari promises juise for the winners again. Tomo acts like a maniac as usual, Chiyo actually gets a ball in the basket, Osaka enjoys flour in her face, Sakaki races with Kaorin, and Yomi frets about her weight. Hilarity ensues. That, and Kimura has a wife and daughter!

Episode 16
Cultural festival time! A haunted house, a cafe, a haunted cafe, and a dead animal cafe are suggested, but in the end the class decides on a stuffed animal cafe. Sakaki makes everyone "daddy" hats, and Chiyo dresses up in an adorable penguin suit.

Episode 17
Yukari decides she's sick of teaching English, so she takes the class outside for gym (in December!), while Osaka tells a scary fart story. Christmas is coming up, so Tomo and Kagura debate the existence of Santa Claus (and reindeer). Then the girls go sing karaoke, which Sakaki is (not so) surprisingly good at.

Episode 18
Yomi returns from a trip to Hokkaido, making Tomo extremely jealous. The girls plan to go to Magical Land (an amusement park), but Yomi ends up with a fever and can't go. Then it snows. A snowball fight ensues and Yomi ends up with another fever.

Episode 19
Osaka, Lord of the Yawn, teaches Tomo and Chiyo how to yawn, while Yukari takes Nyamo flower watching at a classy hotel bar. Faced with free time, Chiyo and Kagura take a trip to the convenience store for an eraser, Yomi and Tomo listen to a love line radio show, Sakaki sits and ponders, and Osaka sleeps.

Episode 20
The girls enter 12th grade and remain in Yukari's class, but poor Kaorin ends up with Kimura, who seems to be smitten with her. The girls discuss their future plans, which include ICPO for Tomo and studying abroad for Chiyo, while Osaka daydreams of a Chiyo-filled America.
